BDO: Problem z pobraniem gry

Cześć,
mam pewien problem z pobraniem gry. Złożyłem ticketa ale znając życie na rozpatrzenie będę musiał poczekać długo a w internecie rozwiązania nie znalazłem. Możliwe że ktoś was miał podobny problem ale do rzeczy.

Pobrałem i zainstalowałem grę z oficjalnej strony. Po uruchomieniu gry spodziewałbym się rozpoczęcia jej pobierania. Zamiast tego oczom ukazuje się screen z napisem “Now loading” który po wygaśnięciu zmienia się w cały biały ekran z napisem na dole “Login to download”. Problem w tym że nie ma żadnego okna do logowania, cały biały ekran który po 4-5 sekundach się wyłącza (cały client się crashuje).

Ktoś z was miał może podobny problem?

Na internetach jest sporo napisane o tym problemie.

"So if you want to track the program causing the problem I would suggest opening the game, setting the resolution to the one causing the white screen, and then alt+tabbing and closing one by one programs running from the quick launch bar (the one with the small icons on the taskbar), till closing one of them sorts the issue. If that doesn’t find the problematic program you could go to the task manager and close more processes from there that perhaps didn’t appear on the quick launch bar.

In my case it was a program bundled with my motherboard called ‘msi nahimic’ that made notifications appear on screen, that probably wasn’t terribly well coded or updated, and therefore was interfering with the game. But other people had problems with mumble for example, others even with the steam overlay itself, so if everything else fails try disabling it."

3 “.Edit: Solved my problem. I deleted blackdesertonline.com from my hosts file. It was in the section #unchecky_begin. I have no idea how that happened but changing that fixed my problem instantly”

  1. Zainstaluj klienta raz jeszcze.
    "Sounds like you might need to reinstall your client!

Please visit your directory, move the Paz folder to your desktop, uninstall the game fully, then reinstall the client and move your Paz Folder back in.

Moving the Paz folder will save you having to download all of the files again. This should resolve your issue."

Żadne z tych rozwiązań nie pomogło, jednak dostałem odpowiedź o supportu którya naprawiła błąd. Okazało się że miałem zestawione proxy.
