Sprawdź czy to nie przypadkiem wina czegoś co instalowałeś/pozwalałeś na instalowanie czy to na przeglądarkę czy PC.
W panelu sterowania nie mam żadnych śmieci zainstalowanych i w procesach też nic takiego nie ma

Zobacz czy w przeglądarce nie masz włączonej jakiejś dziwnej wtyczki. Jak to nie pomoże to najszybciej i najprościej reinstal przeglądarki.
Nie mam żadnej wtyczki, a reinstall przeglądarki, który robiłem nic nie pomoże, bo to nie siedzi w przeglądarce tylko w kompie (reklamy też wyskakują na steam)

Chodziło mu chyba o to, że możesz być przekierowywany na stronę z której to zdobyłeś.
