**Important changes**
Vote Reward - VIP system.
Without VIP active your actuall server rates will be decreased by ~30%.
That includes drop/spoil chances, XP,SP,Adena,SealStones amount.
You need to vote every day to keep your VIP active.
Alternatively avilable through donate shop. More Votes = More players!
Destro/Titan Frenzy when active max Polearm targets reduced to 5 per swing.
Mage characters have slight boost to active mana recovery skills.
SpS - "Mana Regeneration" and "Body to Mind" for others.
All tank classes (resurrected!) have their "Hate/Agression" skill significantly boosted.
Casting time and MP cost reduced. Now generates some actuall agression towards the mobs.
Raid Bosses damage rebalance. All characters are now usefull at raids.
Please note that you will no longer be able to solo most RB's with Destroyer.
It will be extremly hard or require other party members.
Castle sieges,7Signs and Clan system same as C6.
Free top NG weapons + Necakle with item based self buff (usable up to 39lvl).
