Chcę spzredać konto ale żeby to zrobić muszę zmienić mejla na inny

Napisałem ticketa i otrzymałem taką oto odpowiedz

Secondly, in order to change your email address, we need to verify that you are the owner of this account. Please provide us with the following information:

• A copy of your photo ID card, taken in front of today's newspaper clearly showing the date, or over your screen showing this open ticket. No information can be obstructed in any way.

Please note that we will deny any email address transfer if the above information is missing or incorrect. Please also ensure that:

  • The ticket in the background of your ID is an already sent one. We will not accept a picture where the ticket in the background is still in creation, or where you hold your ID against the Knowledge Base article.
  • The ID is a valid government issued document and has not expired.
  • The image is clear and readable.
  • The image or any of the information is not obscured.
  • The image is not manipulated in any way.

Rozumiem że ID Card to mój dowód osobisty ?

Mam coś w nim "zakrywać" czy wszystkie dane mają być widoczne ?

Nie wiem, ale ja nigdy nie podałbym skanu dowodu z widocznym peselem i numerem dowodu, z oczywistych względów... Myślę, że oni chcą tylko przód dowodu, na tle aktualnej daty jakiejś gazety, wtedy brzmi to logicznie. :)
